Introduction

Dragonball Legends is a chatroom based roleplaying game (RPG) based on the popular Japanese action cartoon Dragonball Z. The goal of the game is to become the most powerful being in the universe. Players can fight, train, quest, and converse. I want to make this a fun and interesting game for everyone. You will need:
A word processing program (to keep track of stats)
A calculator (hand held or computer app)
A creative and sharp mind
An indepth knowledge of DBZ and
A few hours of free time a day.

Ok, on to the good stuff.

Character sheets

Every member must have a character sheet to keep track of their stats. Below is how the layout should be:

Name PL
Weapon AD HP
$ EP

Punch AD Item 1
EPC Item 2

Phys Attk AD
EPC

Ki Blast AD
EPC

Attack 1 AD
EPC

Attack 2 AD
EPC

and so on. These should be posted every time they change. Some races call for slight variation.

Character Stats

Now to explain the Char Sheet (above):
Name: Your character's name
PL: Power level. This is a number rating of how well your character fights. Described more in detail in Training.
Weapon: The weapon you are carrying, and it's Attack Damage Rating.
HP: Hit points. Essentially, how much attack damage you can take before dying. You are dead if this is 0.
$: How much money you are carrying.
EP: Energy points. Used to pay for energy attacks. You pass out if this hits 0.
Attacks: The attacks that your character knows. Characters can learn 10 moves (not including punch, ki blast and Phys Attk) except for humans who can learn 12.
Items: Items your character is carrying.

Training

There are two ways to train. The first is solo training, where you do actions (/me) like pushups, situps, blasting inanimate objects, or punching trees into oblivion. Every five lines you must change what you are doing. For every 10 minutes you train, you get 500 PL.
The second way to train is sparring. Sparring is like practice fighting, and it is completely freeform. It is not turn based, like the real battle system, and you can do anything within your character's ability. be fair though, and don't dodge everything. Also, be fair about damage and losing. Your opponent is
